We specialise in the recruitment of Care Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses. What started out as a one-man job has now grown into an established recruitment agency providing domiciliary care and agency standing in the North East of England. Our name represents what we are about. We are all about giving careful and accurate care to all our clients. We understand the needs of private individuals, care homes, hospitals and mental health facilities. We operate with a family-run feel and care immensely about the wellbeing of our staff and those we care for.
Behind the scenes at Precision Care
Precision Care was started in 2022 by an experienced registered nurse, Registered Manager and Managing Director George Maseko, to provide domiciliary care and agency staffing solutions in the North East of England.
George is the leading force in the company with an outstanding track record in the healthcare sector. His journey started 14 years ago as a support worker. Apart from the skills and experience of working in the acute and critical care hospital environment, George has worked with the elderly in nursing homes, hospitals and domiciliary care settings as a Registered and Clinical Lead.
His background of both hands-on care-work and leadership of staff are transferable and puts him in very good stead to manage Precision Care effectively and professionally.

Domiciliary Care
Our domiciliary services allow you to continue to live safely in your own home, surrounded by your belongings and memories. Our flexible service ranges from 1 hour to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. It also includes sleepover night care.
Cove For Care Homes
Our Cover for Care home service can assist you by providing staff to cover holidays, sick leave, maternity leave when you need us. Our staff are friendly, committed, fully-trained and experienced to provide you with great care and support services.
Hospital To Home
Our Hospital to Home service enables you to safely settle back into your home after being discharged from hospital. We can provide you with a high level of care, or support you with activities of daily living until you are back on your feet.
